I live in a village in Norfolk. It is about 4 miles from Norwich - a city with all the modern facilities. (The train takes 2hrs to London or Stansted Airport) I moved here 6 years ago and renovated it for my needs with a large sound-proofed room at the back.   The carer's bedroom is at the front and has an ensuite shower and the cutest sink you ever saw!

Mum, Dad and Pippa and Bailey, their dogs, live in a bungalow only 30m from me.  My sister lives in the same village too and supports me, although it is important that I am independent, which is where my carers come in.

Church plays an important part in our life. I am a member of an evangelical church in Norwich, and Dad is an elder (leader). Do not worry we are not solemn people! But it is important to us that my carer respect my beliefs and the way I live my life eg no swearing and keeping Sunday as a quiet day.

I like my computer, audiobooks, a craft called quilling and my cat, Cleo.  She stays in my room, where there is an electric litterbox (1 x week change) and spends the nights in my cat-proof garden.

We hope this job will offer a good opportunity to someone and that there will be mutual benefit to us all.
